A Little About Me

I bring a variety of experience to both spiritual direction and life coaching. I have been married since 1994 and have four wonderful adult children. I have a Bachelor of Art in Music and a minor in Business Administration from the University of Louisville. I have worked in retail management and in several administrative roles since 1993. I was a piano instructor when my children were young. I homeschooled my children for nearly 20 years utilizing a variety of curriculum programs and platforms. I have worked in adult and youth ministry in the Catholic Church since 1999. I am certified in Spiritual Direction, the 19th Annotation, and Catholic Life Coaching.
